Terms of Use

You may only use Pashoot if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By using Pashoot you confirm that you are.

We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may suspend an account until you do.

During the pilot, an account requires a single-use invitation code. Codes are personal to you. Sharing one, or attempting to create accounts without one, may end your access.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Pashoot exists to create characters who do not exist. You may not use it to generate, approximate or request the likeness of any real person, living or dead, whether by name, description, photograph or any other means. This includes public figures.

You may not upload a photograph of a real person as a reference for generation. Identity conditioning in Pashoot is bound to images Pashoot itself created, and attempting to defeat that restriction is a breach of these terms.

Every character must be 18 or older. Any depiction of a minor, or of a character presented as a minor, is prohibited absolutely. This is not a matter of settings or tolerances: it is a hard limit, accounts are terminated without warning, and we report where the law requires it.

In addition to the above, you may not use Pashoot to create or attempt to create:

• Sexual content involving minors, or anyone presented as a minor, in any form.
• The likeness of a real person, including intimate imagery of any real person.
• Content depicting non-consensual acts presented as real.
• Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, bestiality, or incest.
• Content intended to harass, defame, threaten or impersonate any person.
• Content that is illegal where you are, or where Pashoot operates.

We decide what kinds of content Pashoot makes, and may narrow or change that at any time. A request outside it is refused before anything is made, and nothing is charged for it.

We screen generated images and prompts automatically. Screening is imperfect in both directions: it may hold something harmless, and it may pass something it should not. Neither outcome changes what these terms permit.

You keep ownership of the characters you define and the images you generate, to the extent ownership is available in them. We claim no ownership of your output.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content for the sole purpose of operating Pashoot for you: generating images, showing them back to you, and screening them. We do not use your content to train models, we do not publish it, and we do not share it except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Be aware that the legal status of AI-generated images differs between countries, and copyright may not subsist in them at all in some. We make no promise that your output is protectable or that you may register it.

Images are produced by machine learning models. They are not photographs, they do not depict real events, and they may contain errors, artefacts, or elements you did not ask for. Do not present them as photographs of real people or real events.

The same prompt may produce different results, and a result you liked may not be reproducible. Pashoot freezes what each job requested so a completed job keeps its meaning, but that is a record, not a guarantee of repetition.

Generation consumes credits. The cost of a job is shown before you submit it and is the cost that applies, even if our prices change afterwards.

Credits are consumed by work performed, not by results you like. An image that is generated and delivered has cost us compute whether or not you keep it, and is charged. Where a job fails before producing anything, held credits are released.

Credits have no cash value, do not expire while your account is open, and are not transferable. Where a payment is refunded, associated credits are removed.

Pashoot depends on third-party compute that is not always available. Generation may be slow, queued, or temporarily impossible. We do not promise any level of availability, any generation time, or that any particular model remains offered.

Models may be added, changed or withdrawn, including where a model's licence changes. Images already generated are unaffected.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts other users or the service at risk. Where a breach involves content prohibited under section 3 or 4, we act immediately and without notice.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Closing your account deletes your characters and images as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are not refunded on voluntary closure.

Pashoot is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of anticipated savings. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

What you do with generated images outside Pashoot is yours. If a claim is brought against us because of content you created or how you published it, you agree to indemnify us against that claim and its reasonable costs.

If you believe content on Pashoot infringes your rights, depicts you, or breaches these terms, report it from Settings or contact us. Reports alleging depiction of a real person or of a minor are treated as urgent.

We may change these terms. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pashoot after that means you accept the change; if you do not, close your account.
